- Added calculations for Effective Health and Effective Shields (derived from Damage Resistance)
- Added calculations for Penetration Damage
- Added Shield damage multiplier to Silhesh
Quality of life improvements
- Reduced latency for ressources (load page faster)
- Various fixes for displayed values (esthetic, value was correct)
- Updated some libraries to improve stability (reduce risk of initialization errors)

This is the last official digest for the MEA MP Builder.
There might be some updates here and there in the future, but I consider the builder done. It's been a wonderful run, thank you everyone for your support.
